Never ever watch it, not for a second
Honestly after watching this film I want to say this foodfight may be bad and terrible on every level, but at least I enjoyed that I did not enjoy this movie, even if it is a direct to video movie for little kids its poorly animated, poorly written, just everything about this film is something I would not want to show to a child simply so I don't fry the childs brain. If you see this on Netflix like I did, head my warning and do not watch it.
I paid 6 bucks for this?!
This is the absolute worst movie ever. The plot is basically this : Dylan Sprouse plays a stupid twerp that just happens to be the grandson of Mr. Magoo, the world's least funny cartoon character. But then some villains have to go to some island that supposedly has the necessary weapons to take over the world but then Stupid McTwerp has to for some reason destroy the villains and oh, who the heck even cares about the plot. Let's just wrap this up quickly. 1. Animation sucks. Too ugly, and it's animated in Flash, which makes it unprofessional and badly made. 2. Humor sucks. But then again, it's Mr. Magoo. 3. Plot makes no sense and isn't interesting. 4. Cast is unnecessarily comprised almost entirely of really bad celebrities. Basically, everything sucks. Stay away from this movie. And the fact it got a DVD release is just sad.
Blah
I was looking forward to this because I thought it might give me some ideas for a comic/animation I'm working on. I pretty much agree with everything the other reviewer said: this has the distinctive Flash animation look to it, which is OK in small amounts (commercials, etc) but in a full-length animation it just looks cheap and unprofessional. And the whole blind Mr. Magoo schtick gets old REALLY fast. He blindly keeps bumbling his way through the movie, somehow avoiding all trouble and beating the bad-guys. Keep in mind I'm a 40 year-old adult, so I'm rating this more harshly than a kid would. In all fairness, kids would probably love this, but it's not for adults.
