A Magical film!
I have watched this film now 2 years in a row. It's become part of our holiday tradition! I'm surprised by the lower rating. It has a Studio Ghibli feel and the writing along with the animation and VO work is spectacular. Really brings you into the world! I have watched this with kids and adults who have all said they enjoyed every minute! Highly entertaining!

Too confusing for younger children
I was annoyed and confused the first 5 mins. My kids didn't care much for it either and all the characters were annoying, frustrating, and self absorbed.
